Abstract

Statistics Agency of Pekanbaru Municipality is committed to providing high quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, the Analysis of The Data Requirement Survey Results (SKD) of Pekanbaru Municipality was conducted to identify the level of data user needs and satisfaction. SKD 2019 is implemented by all Integrated Statistics Services units of the Central BPS, Provincial BPS and Regency/Municipality BPS. The results of this survey were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely Cross Tabulation Analysis, Gap Analysis, Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). In general, data services in Statistics Agency of Pekanbaru Municipality can be categorized as good. This indicated by the value of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) in 2019 which is reached 87.98 percent, with the majority of data users coming from students either from schools or colleges.
