Abstract

The 2023 People's Welfare Statistics Publication presents an overview of the welfare conditions of the people of Pekanbaru City, which includes population, education, health, housing, information technology, consumption and expenditure sourced from the results of the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) which is a household-based survey. This publication is expected to meet the needs of data users for socio-economic data. Data and information are needed in order to support the process of planning, implementing and evaluating development results so that they can run well. Data on socio-economic conditions are needed to provide an overview of development achievements and can also be used by policy makers to evaluate development programs.
