Abstract

In October 2022, a combination of 3 cities in Riau Province experienced Year On Year (October 2021 - October 2022) inflation of 6.17 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 112.89. Month-on-month deflation was 0.69 percent and the 2022 Calendar Year (January-October) inflation of 5.72 percent.

Of the 3 CPI cities in Riau Province, all cities experienced deflation, they are Pekanbaru City at 0.72 percent and YoY inflation 6.44 percent, Dumai City at 0.59 percent and YoY inflation at 5.60 percent and Tembilahan City at 0,70 percent and YoY Inflation at 4.26 percent.
